PA Notary

Stacey joined the ARROW team in January 2005. She is a disciplined and highly motivated Project Manager/Principal that has been building on her management and leadership experience since early 2000.

In her career with ARROW, Stacey has been involved in all aspects of the right-of-way acquisition and relocation process, and delivered multiple projects both on time and within budget. She specializes in the relocation process highlighted by her success on the SR 2001 Section 402 project in PennDOT's District 4, and the I95 Section BSR project in PennDOT's District 6.

Stacey's relocation experience is diverse, having worked with several auto repair facilities, restaurants, gas stations, and tenants participating in public assistance programs. This experience has made Stacey a valuable witness for the Commonwealth, providing testimony regarding claimant relocation benefits and entitlements during Board of View proceedings, as well as behind-the-scenes litigation support on several complex relocation claims.

The many projects she has overseen have given her the opportunity to provide an array of services throughout every stage of the acquisition process from the acquisition of the property through to property management of acquired properties, including solicitation and bidding for demolition contracts.

Stacey has been involved in projects located in PennDOT Engineering Districts 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12. She also worked on projects for local public sponsors such as the City of Philadelphia, Bucks County and Cheltenham Township. She has attended numerous certification courses though PennDOT to enhance her skills as a Project Manager.
